In October 2022, Debtor Daddy was acquired by CreditorWatch, Australia’s leading commercial credit reporting bureau. The acquisition provides more opportunity to develop and grow the product formerly known as Debtor Daddy, to ensure it continues to solve the challenges our customers face when collecting overdue invoices.

From 1 March, 2023 the software and services we offer will be called ‘CreditorWatch Collect’. Changes will be most visible on this website where the product name and brand colours now reflect the CreditorWatch brand.

Logging in is as easy as it’s always been. The CreditorWatch Collect app works exactly the same as the previous Debtor Daddy app.

To login you can click here to get to the new app. Enter your details as usual. The app will work exactly the same as before, you’ll just notice some cosmetic changes such as a new logo.

We recommend that the first time you login to the CreditorWatch Collect app, you bookmark the new site.

No. All changes made relate only to the CreditorWatch Collect branding. They have no impact on how you use the software, outsourced reminders service or the reminders your customers receive.
